My overall stay was incredibly frustrating. The lock on my room door was broken, and I had to slam it repeatedly just to get it to close. To make matters worse, someone opened my door in the middle of the night. After notifying the front desk, their response was unimpressive. it felt like my safety was not a priority. Additionally, I had booked a handicap-accessible room, but it was located far from the elevator, making it very inconvenient for me.

It was just a reliable pick for a short stayover in Austin with exceptional value. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating, making check-in easy and quick. Beware of noise from traffic at night.

Honestly, this place is pretty rough around the edges. Got hit with bugs in the room and zero attention from the staff, who were glued to their phones. On the plus side, the coffee in the lobby was decent. But wow, the rude front desk lady just topped it all. Not worth the hassle.

Susan at the front desk impressed me with her warmth and friendliness during my entire stay. I appreciated how she made an effort to check if I needed anything as a couple staying for 4 nights. Additionally, the rooms were well-maintained and spacious, which made for a relaxing environment.

The beds were super comfy, and the room had a flat-screen TV, microwave, and refrigerator. Loved having air conditioning and free toiletries. The bathroom was clean with a nice shower. Also, the hot tub was amazing for relaxing. Staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was charming. Perfect for a cozy stay.

Checking in wasn’t great at first, but the staff became kind and helpful. The room itself was an amazing surprise with beautiful views, and it was spacious and clean. Parking was a real hassle, though, as there wasn’t enough space and some drivers parked carelessly. Breakfast could definitely use more variety to enhance the experience.

I loved the cozy vibe of my Queen Room with Two Queen Beds! The bedding was super comfy and made for a perfect night's sleep. Plus, the sun terrace was such a good spot to soak in the Texas sunshine!

I encountered issues with the shower. it was broken and not serviceable. This was frustrating as I had to pack my bags twice to move to another room just to take a shower. The overall atmosphere felt run down, with several fixtures that needed repair. Despite these drawbacks, I had a decent experience thanks to the room's comfort and the staff's eagerness to assist.
